As we approach the anniversary of the COVID-19 shutdown in 2020, I find myself reflecting on the challenges we faced during that time. Looking back, it feels almost surreal. Do you remember the empty grocery store shelves, the shortage of toilet paper, and the daily reports on confirmed cases? Oh my, what a time we lived through. Praise God we can say we lived through it, amen?
As we approach Sunday, I can’t help but feel grateful that we are not preparing to teach or preach to an empty church, nor are we recording and editing lessons in isolation in front of a screen. Hallelujah!
Whether we have 10 congregants or 100 on Sunday, I hope to feel grateful to be together – not a mask in sight!
We hope this finds you well, Beloved… stay steadfast, unmovable, and always abounding!
